I specialize in supporting adults with personal, parenting, sexual and intimacy challenges. With a background in special education, I am also trained in helping parents navigate the special education system (including IEPS and 504s) and managing complicated feelings around special needs diagnosis. I am trained in individual therapy, sex therapy and couple's counseling and am a neurodiverse, gender, and sexuality affirming and sex positive therapist. I bring tangible tools to therapy and believe that therapy does not have to last forever. I am also trained to support families through the IEP and 504 process.
