Hi,
I’m Mati. For over two decades, I’ve supported people who felt disconnected - people who might be deep thinkers, over-analyzers, or highly perceptive — the ones who’ve been told they’re “too much” and end up feeling like they have to fix themselves.
But here’s what I know: you don’t need to be less of who you are. You just need a way to work with your depth, instead of feeling overwhelmed by it.
My work often centers on the layers beneath the surface — how your mind, emotions, and body have been shaped by old survival strategies still quietly running the show. That includes how these patterns show up in your relationships, your sexuality, and your role as a parent.
I support individuals and couples navigating everything from sexual disconnection and desire differences to the identity shifts and emotional overload that often come with parenting. Because when you’re raising others, your own unmet needs and old wounds tend to rise to the surface — and they deserve care, not shame.
Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a couples setting, therapy with me is structured but creative, practical but deeply attuned. This work is for people whose minds move differently, who’ve lived in overdrive, and who are craving something more grounded — in themselves, in their relationships, and in the way they show up as parents.
